Pre2Med X-Portal

An integrated web server for transcriptomics-based drug response and immunotherapy prediction in cancer

Pre²Med X-Portal is an academic web server designed to support cancer precision therapy research through transcriptomics-based prediction of drug response and immunotherapy potential. The platform provides a unified and standardized analytical environment for integrative analysis of both single-cell and bulk RNA-seq data using multiple established predictive models.

Pre²Med X-Portal enables users to perform multi-model drug response prediction for small-molecule anticancer therapies, capture cellular heterogeneity at the single-cell level, and assess immunotherapy response potential based on tumor-intrinsic and tumor microenvironment-associated transcriptomic features. By combining standardized data processing workflows, parallel model execution, interactive visualization, and consolidated result reporting, Pre²Med X-Portal offers a one-stop solution for translational cancer research and precision treatment.

scRNA-seq

The scRNA-seq module enables drug response prediction at single-cell resolution, allowing users to characterize cellular heterogeneity, prioritize candidate drugs, and identify potential combination strategies by resolving drug-sensitive and drug-resistant subpopulations within complex tumor samples.
